Cho'Gath, The all-laner.
#1
Cho'Gath is a champion that has a unique concept around him: Cho'Gath is, in my own opinion, one of three champions that can survive in any lane and the Jungle (the other two are Lulu and Teemo.)

Because Cho'Gath is so versatile and can sustain himself both in health and in mana, this allows him to carry out every role (Besides ADC. You could go hybrid Cho'Gath focusing on a combo of Attack Speed and Ability Power and add that to his E, Vorpal Spikes, and his high base Attack Damage). I will set up Masteries and Runes for Each Setup.

Let us start with his skills and stats:
Spoiler:
Cho'gath is tied with Skarner for the highest base Attack Damage of any Champion. Cho'Gath has medium defensive stats and higher Health, and thrives off of his hard-hitting Ability Power Moves, especially his ultimate.

His abilities:
Passive: Whenever Cho kills a neutral or enemy unit, Cho gains some mana and health back. This effect scales off of level, meaning that the higher the level, the more mana and health he will get back.

Q: Rupture is an Area of Effect ability that, when used, creates a circle on the map within a certain range. After about 1.5 seconds, Spikes will rupture from the ground, knocking up any enemy units in the circle. Also, once the enemy falls back down, the unit(s) will receive a slow that lasts for another 1.5 seconds.

W: Ferral Scream is a cone-shaped ability that, when casted, inflicts damage on all units caught in the cone (as well as a small area in front of the cone) and silences them for a short duration.

E: This is Cho's bread and Butter ability in any lane. Vorpal Spikes is a Toggle ability. While on, all of Cho's basic attacks deal an additional amount of damage in the form of Magic Damage via the form of spikes. These spikes travel for a few more seconds, inflicting damage on enemy units that collide with the spikes.

R: Feast is considered by many to be one of the best ultimates in the game. Feast does 300-450 damage plus a percentage of your ability power to Enemy Champions. If used on a minion, neutral monster, or pet, Feast will then deal 1000 damage to target non-champion (excludes turrets) plus a percentage of what your total Ability Power is. If target unit dies by Feast, Cho gains a stack of Feast, gaining some Health and increaseing in size. This effect stacks up to 6 times. If Cho dies, he loses up to Half of his Feast Stacks.

I use Different items, masteries and runes, and tactics, depending on where I am at.

Let us start for Masteries, Summoner Spells, and Runes:
Spoiler:
Top:For Masteries, I go 21-9-0, focusing on Ability Power and Magic Penetration. For Runes, I go Greater Seals/Marks/Glyphs of Ability Power, and Ability Power per Level Quintessences. For Summoner Spells I go Flash and Ignite, but you can substitute Ignite for Teleport.

Middle: Here, I go the same Masteries and Runes, but I stick with Flash and Ignite, with no Teleport.

Jungle: Here, I go a little more Tanky. For Masteries, I go 0-21-9, focusing on as much defense as possible while also going for the added Nuetral Buff Duration. My Runes are Flat Armor Marks, Flat Magic Resist Glyphs, Scaling Health Regen Seals, and Flat Health Regen Quintessences. My Summoner Spells are Smite and Flash.

Support:For support, I go 9-0-21, focusing mostly on the biscuit, ward, gold, and some Ability Power to Help my ADC. I go the same Jungle Runes. I would take Heal and Teleport for quick movement to set up ganks.

Hybrid: Here, I go a full 30-0-0, focusing on both Attack Speed and Ability Power. I would use the same Runes as my top Build, and for Summoner Spells I would take Flash and Ignite.

NOTE:
I wanted to post this now rather than later, and will Finish By Friday. I wanted to post so that I wouldn't procrastinate on it. Please be Patient.

I disagree with cho as being a support. Although you do take the correct masteries and take the heal spell which solves cho's lack of sustain to his adc and that cho has a decent form of crowd control one flaw is that Cho needs gold. Cho I'm my experience has been used as a Tank ap champion (you stated this already just making sure you are aware I know) which means he needs to be able to purchase items such as a rod of ages or rylais crystal. Not to mention the fact you do need to by wards or a sightstone. Unless the support playing as cho takes gold away from his own adc I don't see him being a strong tank late game or having much use other than his crowd control.

I don't see kayle as a jungler often but it could work with her sustain (w skill) and I have seen a kayle adc which did not work well and I find it obnoxious because kayle is limited to her e skill for range it is like when I used to see people go Master yi adc or gangplank adc

Lulu is surprisingly an ok jungler, though she doesn't seem like it. I may refer you to the Lulu champion spotlight, featuring Phreak, the tons of damage dealer.

EDIT: Teemo can counter jungle and really annoy the other jungler. I mean, have you seem Teemo stealth smites? They are really, really funny.

P.S. I'm very lazy, so change Friday to anytime when I feel like I will put enough energy to think.
